Payments
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and Government PO'S) for payment. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy.  Please see our privacy policy.

Shipping
Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F). Express orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F). Shipping to US locations are by UPS Ground or UPS Next Day Air Saver. Some Items may be shipped by USPS or USPS Express Mail, however shipping location and item type may prevent USPS shipping.

Damaged Or Non-Functioning Items
Items received that are non-function, faulty or inoperable and are covered under a manufactures warranty must be returned to the manufacturer. This includes any items that are faulty for any reason other than shipping or packaging. We will assist you in obtaining a replacement from the manufacturer if necessary.  Items damaged in shipping or at fault of PublicSafetyDirect.com will be replace without cost to the customer.

Return Policy
Most items sold by Public Safety Direct, Inc may be returned for a credit within 10 d
ays from the date the item was received. To initiate a return, simply email Sales@PublicSafetyDirect.com and receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) .
 Return Authorization numbers will not be given by telephone.

The item must be in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.). We must receive your item back within 10 days of when we issued the RA#. All returns must clearly show our RA# on the outside of the package. Please allow 7 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. A copy of the packing slip or Order sheet must be enclosed.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier. You must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, your account will be reimbursed for the purchase price minus any shipping & handling charges. If you received free shipping you will be charged for the original shipping expense we incurred. Credits will issued to the credit card used to make the purchase.

We cannot accept the return of certain items, including:
  • Undergarments, batteries, factory-closeouts, special orders and drop shipped products.
  • Body armor,  body armor may be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the sale date for resizing only. Please contact us for a copy of the Body Armor Alteration Form. This completed form must accompany the armor when it is sent to the manufacturer for resizing.Shipping charges will be at the customers expense.
  • No partial case pack items will be accepted. If you return a case pack item, it must be returned in the original shipping pack with all individual items unopened.
  • Items shipped to APO/FPO addresses
  • Lightbars, Warning Bars, Push Bumpers, Vehicle Partitions, Cargo/Command boxes, Gun Racks, Trunk Trays, Plastic Seats,  Chemical Agents, Evidence Supplies, Sirens, Flashlights, or Strobe products.
  • Any electronic item opened from its original packaging.
Returns from Wholesale Accounts or Government Agencies are not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any return.
